I have a deep fascination with the depths of both space and the oceans. The darkness, the unknown, and the mysteries that exist within them have an enormous psychological pull. These works are often abstract, sometimes sculptural—fragments that could be discarded skin, membranes or simply deep abyssal mysteries we are never meant to know. Rather than offering clear subjects, the images invite interpretation, sitting somewhere between the organic and the imagined, the bodily and the otherworldly.
